Session Context: An entity is talking and making drawings through Janice, basically performing a form of trance channeling known as automatic writing. This entity explains that “Source” is the “Fluid” and that the “Sparks” are the same as “Source.”

Janice Seems To Channel an Entity
Dolores commentary: “This was the first time an entity was present even before the session began. Normally we had to search for them. I continued with my induction suggestions as I watched my watch.” (p. 104.)
Janice Begins Drawing in Trance
[lots of other things said in session before she begins drawing to explain the concept of time and source.]
“Janice: …I think perhaps I must tell you on paper.
Dolores commentary: This has happened before during sessions, but this time I was not prepared for it. I talked to her while I opened my case and hunted for a tablet and marker that I have learned to carry for just such occasions. I brought the materials back to the bed. She sat up, and I handed the marker to her and placed the tablet in her other hand. She opened her eyes with difficulty and stared at the paper. I witnessed this phenomenon several times in the early days of my work. It is always fascinating to observe, because the subject has the glassy eyed appearance of someone who is not awake. They always are oblivious to their surroundings and have all their concentration on the paper, and what they are drawing or writing.” (p. 108.)
The Source Energy Explained
“Dolores commentary: She took some deep breaths and showed physical reaction. Something was occurring.
Janice: …it’s also a teacher who wishes to speak to you and to Janice . . First you must understand some basic principles and foundations with regard to source energy.” (p. 107.)
Janice Explains Source is Fluid-Like Energy
“Janice: …(*She began to draw*) . . This is fluid. This is constantly moving, it never stops.
Dolores: What is that? . .
Janice: …the God source.
Dolores: Over there in the fluid. Okay . .
Janice: …Now this.
(*She was drawing again*)
Dolores: The fluid part.
“Dolores: Would it be like our concept of God?
Janice: It could be. Yes, if you wish to, it could be God. It could be the ultimate. It could be called by any name. It doesn’t really have a name. We don’t do names.” (p. 111.)
Janice Explains Source Energy Particles or Sparks are Made of Same Energy as Source Energy Fluid — These Are Also What Everyone Is At The Source
“Janice: The spark is everything this fluid part is.” “All these little dots [sparks?] . . they [sparks] are everything that the other energy was [the fluid energy]. Everything…” (p. 111.)
“Dolores: Okay. Would it be correct to call that little spark “your soul”?
Janice: You might call it a soul, but actually in true reality, you should call it your “source energy.” A soul is mankind’s name for that source energy, because everything is energy. Every, every, every thing is energy.” (p. 111.)
“Janice: The particle that you discovered was actually a source particle. Everything begins with a particle of light . . If you could imagine a molecule, you could see a pinpoint of light. You would know that in the ultimate source, that is all you are.” (p. 107.)
Source Energy Particles or Sparks Can Also Merge Together to Form Source Energy or Come Back Out as Individuals
Janice: “And you also can merge here . . You see, I’m saying that these overlap [sparks?]. (*Drawing*)
“Janice: So what I am telling you is that, that, within that source of “All That Is” the interconnections between particles form a source energy. If you see a type of pattern within a particle, and you place that particle over another particle, they will totally match in every minute.” (p. 107.)
You Can Know Everything in Source Energy, or Come Back Out
How Sparks From Source Become Matter? — Source Energy Infinitely Sub-Divides
Janice: “Now, as energy becomes matter, from that source upon energy, it travels down the beam or out the beam depending upon your concept, or how you wish to relate to it. And as it implodes, explodes out, it divides as a cell divides, to form different individuals. It can divide many times. It can divide once. It can divide millions of times. As it divides it becomes either male, female, or male male, female female, male female. As it continues to divide out and travel through dimensional shifts, it becomes in each dimension what it is ultimately at its source. And it begins to grow. And as it goes through universes and galaxies, every place it goes it still is. When you bring the particle down to practical reality in Earth terms, you have human beings who are: as in mates. You have human beings who are: as in sub divided particles. ie: You have similarities in human beings. You have strangers who instantaneously become total friends, because they sub at the source level. Rarely do the people become fused. Only when there is a higher purpose would that union take place.” (p. 107.)
Janice Explains “Dimensional Time” And How Source Energy Particle or Spark Travels In It
This included the mention of sparks so I thought I might as well add it in case it ever becomes relevant to understanding Source. But, as of now it’s just bonus interesting stuff about how “interdimensional time” works.
Janice: “I spoke to you in relation to mankind’s time, and in relation to interdimensional time. I’m trying to explain time to you. You have to understand time. And that is your job. Because that is what you are dealing with in your books. You are dealing with interdimensional time.” (p. 107.)
Time Periods Within Dimensional Time As Having Entire Universes Inside Them
“Janice: This is constantly moving. It never stops.
Dolores: What is that?
Janice: Levels.
(*Pause as she drew*)
Janice: I’m going to explain dimensional time.
(*Long pause as she drew lines*)
Janice: There are more, more [lines].
Dolores: What do those lines represent?
Janice: Time. Periods.
Dolores: Time periods?
Janice: Yes.
Dolores: Different years, you mean?
Janice: Yes, except it’s more complicated than years, because it can be universes and galaxies within. Depending on how far out you go. You can go out in either one of these time periods to a point of infinity. (She drew as she talked) Infinity, infinity, infinity. You, me, everybody on the planet in the physical.…
Dimensional Time Travels Backward and Forward At The Same Time
Janice: “At all times energy is going this way.
Dolores: Forward?
Janice: And this way.
Dolores: Forward and backward also.
Janice: And so is time. And so is time.
Dolores: Backward and forward at the same time?
Source Energy Particle or Spark is What Travels Through Interdimensional Time
“Dolores: Do you know where you want to go, or would you like me to direct you?
Janice: We will go to a juncture in time. Time has junctures, you know . . You see, when you speak of mankind’s time you are talking in minutes and hours. But when you speak of time in other realms it is not measured by minutes and hours. But in order to bring information through dimensional time, you must be at a particular point in mankind time. Otherwise the information that comes will not be total, and it will not be coordinated elementally. [That’s why] if you find a subject who is working within interdimensional time, then they will know that is important. And that everything must be done not a minute or a second before or behind. For it can be missed . .
Dolores: Do you want to direct it where it has to go?
Janice: We will find it as we travel.
Dolores: How are you traveling?
Janice: I’m traveling as a beam. As a particle. I am a particle. Just a particle of light. Very small, tiny.
Dolores: Where are you traveling?
Janice: (A big breath.) Among the stars.
Dolores: What do you see out there?
Janice: Oh, it’s wonderful! It’s just total, total suspended peace, quiet. Touch the velvet.” (p. 104.)

“Janice: Once you master dematerialization, then you can become that particle from which you started, while you are in the physical. You may go to here, because you were here. When you came from here to here, you moved through everything that exists. And you always move through everything that exists. It is complicated. However, what you need to know is that, as you move, in particle form, you go to here.…
Dolores: That year or time frame.
Janice: And you can move out to whatever lifetime within that period, because there’s more than one lifetime in each period. So, what I’m saying to you is that, it is entirely possible, as a particle, to go to where Nostradamus is. Because he exists past time. Because here this is Creation time stops! Man made time periods stop.
Dolores: At creation?
Janice: At creation. Your mankind’s history says God created the heavens and the Earth.
Dolores: It would seem that was where time started, instead of stopping.
Janice: It starts for mankind, but it stops for these dimensions here. Because you have equal dimensions in both frames. You have equal dimensions. You have mankind’s time starting here. All time. All time time. But our kind of spirit time is totally different, but yet congruent with. The mechanics are totally different. You say, “One o’clock.” And we say, nothing! Because we don’t need time. Because we are everything. We always were. Nostradamus is here being everything he’s ever been, and continuing his infinity. Even though death caused him to cease to be here, it never caused him to cease to be here. So actually, in reality what you’re doing is, you are coming to the point of his death. You are transcending his death. You are connecting with him living his infinity. And that’s the information and the concept in reality that you are bringing back from him, back through creation, back down to here.
Dolores: When I take people back into past lives, is it this particle that is going to those lives and reliving them?
Janice: Yes.
Dolores: Because it is as though that personality in the other life never dies.
Janice: It never dies.
Dolores: I can contact those other personalities at any time.
Janice: Correct. What you’re doing is, you are vibrationally connecting this particle that exists here with this particle that exists here. Much as you say, “Oh, I remember what happenedChristmas of 1964. Oh! We sat around the Christmas tree. Oh! I got a doll.” That’s in this lifetime. But you’re talking about this vibrational rate. Right here. (Drawing.) This vibrational rate. Only you tuned into Earth 1945 this lifetime. This lifetime started in 1945. This is a time period in this dimension. But at death the particle travels all the way to here.
Dolores: Back to the source, from which it started.
Janice: But, more complicated is that, depending upon what happened here, it can perhaps return to here. (Pointing at dates.)
Dolores: If it wants to pop back into the 1800s, it can do that.
Janice: And come back from there. So we’re getting off into some physics here . .
Dolores: But the main thing is that we are focused on this part of our life right now. Is that the idea?
Janice: When we go into each other’s lives here, we take with us part of what they were and part of what they are. We do everything here in the physical that we do here.
Dolores: In the spirit.
Janice: It is no different.
Dolores: But we don’t know about the others because we are focused on this life and what we are doing now.
Janice: Because of our vibrational rate we are here. All that happens when you move is, energy speeds up. It speeds up when it goes this way (Forward). It slows down when it goes this way (Backward).
Dolores commentary: She seemed to be finished with the drawing, so I helped her lie back down, and had her close her eyes again. I looked at the paper as she moved around to get comfortable again. I thought it would be useless to keep it to put in a book later. By the time she had finished with it, it was a meaningless jumble of lines and dots, making no more sense than a child’s scribbling. I knew the important description would be captured by the tape recorder.” (p. 109-112.)
Spark “Knows” Where Its Going Without Seeing It Directly
“Dolores: Can you see where you’re headed?
Janice: No, but I know where I’m headed. I don’t need to see it. I know I will feel when I am there.” (p. 105.)
Spark Looking Through a “Seeing Field” Which Enables You To Become The Place You’re Traveling To (Rather Than Merely “See It” You “Be It”)
“Dolores: Can you see where you’re headed? . . I was wondering if it looked like anything.
Janice: No, because I’m not looking in the physical. I’m looking in a “see” field. You see a pattern, and you know it’s a place. And if you go to the pattern, you are at the place. And the place becomes you, and you become the place. So much so, that you don’t need to see it, because you’re being it. So therefore if you wish to see in the physical, you ask and you can look in the physical. Otherwise you experience it in a totally different manner.” (p. 105.)
Spark Is Moving Very Fast, To Point You Can’t See It
Janice: “And it’s moving very fast. You’re going very, very fast. Very fast. But yet you feel mentally at a different speed than the physicalness that the particle is traveling, because the particle is traveling so fast you can’t see it.” (p. 106.)
