Past Life Regressions

🔮 What Is Past Life Regression? (PLR)

Past Life Regression (PLR) is a hypnotherapy technique which uses deep hypnosis, an altered state of consciousness, to help hypnotized subjects (allegedly) recover memories of past lifetimes. When someone is regressed, they often vividly relive these supposed past life memories, inside their mind — with mental images, emotions and other sensory experiences (internal sounds, smells, etc.). They may also suddenly have insights or knowledge that their supposed past life had, and speak on things from that perspective.
This technique is used as an alternative form of therapy (hence “hypnotherapy”), to help individuals solve problems in their current life, by drawing on insights from their (alleged) past lives. In fact, most well-known books on the subject are often by hypnotherapists themselves (like Dr. Micheal Newton), who take their “patients” or “clients” into deep hypnosis for these practical therapeutic reasons, but have such fascinating theoretical information come up in their sessions, that they share them with the public.
There’s no consensus as to how PLR works (or if it even works) — but most practitioners claim “the subconscious mind” has access to much more information than our conscious mind does, and since that’s what deep hypnosis taps into, this is how the “memory” of past lives can be accessed.
To me, the most fascinating thing about it is that sometimes individuals regress so far back, that they claim to go to the very beginning of everything: to the source of reality, to God. It is these sessions which I will draw my investigations from.

👵 Dolores Cannon Collection — 🌟✨ The Source and The Sparks

Dolores Cannon is one of the most well known past-life regression (PLR) therapists and authors. Over the span of 50 years, she conducted thousands of sessions, and found information on life after death, reincarnation, aliens, God, and generally speaking — the deeper nature of reality. She presented all of it in books like, “Between Death and Life,” “Three Waves of Volunteers,” and my personal favorites, “The Convoluted Universe” book series (Books 1-5).

Dolores first encounters with God came when clients started regressing to what they called “The Source,” or “Source Energy” during their sessions. For many years, and across many different clients, as it usually goes, she “began to encounter more people who reported the same experience and the same description.” (Convoluted Universe, Book 3, p. 315.)
They often described a “huge energy source,” perceived as “bright” “orange” or “white light” (sometimes surrounded by “iridescent colors”) — which was “one with everything,” felt “loving,” “safe,” “peaceful,” like it “just is,” and that returning to it even felt like “being home.” They also described “sparks” of energy which burst out of it, that not only ended up “creating universes” (as fundamental particles and forces), but also “incarnating as souls” in order to experience them. These very source energy “sparks” eventually returned to the source with their accumulated knowledge and experience, expanding the source energy awareness and its sense of oneness with all of creation.
Oddly enough, she says themes like the ones above were often “the norm no matter what the personal belief of the client.” In fact, she said “they do not even have to believe in God, yet they see and describe the same thing” (Convoluted Universe, Book 5, Ch. 15). So, it is this fascinating “Source Energy,” and its “Energy Sparks,” that you now get to explore, first hand, through the individual sessions themselves…

📝 Brief Sessions — Source & Sparks Generally

Clara regresses to “golden light” with “colors” — that feels “peaceful” and like “all that is” — calls it “source.”
Mary becomes “bright white light” — feels “warm,” “peaceful” and like “home.” 
Laura goes back to “near death experience” — becomes “white light” — feels “love,” “peace,” “protection,” and “just being” — learns “pure presence” of source is always with her.
Toni goes back to “the source” — describes it as like a “body of water” that’s “reflective of light,” “calming to the senses” and which is “all that is” or “all-beingness.”
Franci’s subconscious speaks of everything coming from “the original source energy.”
Wendy’s subconscious explains — “the energy sparks” come from “the energy source.”

🔍 Longer Sessions — Source as Field-Like Energy & Spark-Like Energies — Sparks Creating Universes & Incarnating as Souls

Jenny goes back to “source energy” — becomes individual “energy spark” that can “merge” back into “source” — feels "loving,” “safe” and “like home” — explains sparks “leave source” to “create universes” & “incarnate as souls,” then bring knowledge “back to source.”
Sharon goes back to “the source” — sees “darkness” which is “the same” as “the white light” — it’s “boundless” — it’s made of “waves of energy” — and it feels like “it just is,” and “like home.” 
Janice channels an entity that explains “source energy” — how “the source” is “fluid-like” energy — and “the sparks” or “source particles” are made of “this fluid energy — then explains “dimensional time.”
Gwen goes back to “the beginning” — sees “creation in motion” — as a “shimmering” “blue space,” that’s “fluid-like” “swirling,” “energy source" — that’s “bursting” or “pulsing” colorful “sparks of energy.” 
Francine goes back to before “being born” — becomes an individual “spark of light” yet one unified “mass of light” — feels “love” and “togetherness” — explains process of “sparks” leaving “source” to incarnate, and forgetting, then returning to unload their experience.
Irene goes back to “creation process”— describes "iridescent colored” energies created out of “white light” — each color has “vibration” & “sound” — then explains how the colored energies “create” different “universes” and “experience” them.
Edith regresses to “golden light,” with “sparkles of gold,” which are separate, but one at the same time — then is individual “spark” that incarnates on Earth as a “soul.”
Jasmine goes back to “where she began” — becomes an “energy web” that’s “connected to everything” — feels “safe” and “loving” — it’s just “pure light” — then explains how “spark” incarnates as a “soul” on Earth.
